Deposit 2025

A deposit of £50 is to be paid to book your Nucleus of Bees for 2025. In the event that we can not provide the bees for any reason, the deposit is refunded. The deposit is NOT refundable if you decide you do not want the bees.

An additional fee is paid on collection which is currently £215 (24/7/2024), but please see Nucleus Cost for more details.
The deposit will also be refunded if you post the box back to us within 3 weeks of receiving your bees, as long as the box is in the same condition as when you received it.

It is best to book your nucleus of bees before the Spring as you will then probably get an over-wintered colony. These colonies have been tested by the Winter and proven themselves to be hardy and productive. Quite often, they go on to produce large quantities of honey in the first year.
